c) We use Mailchimp.com to manage our email campaigns. When you sign up to our newsletter, your email address and any other details you give in the sign up form are retained by Mailchimp.com to enable a personalised approach to our communications. We can see your email address (and any other details you give in the sign up form), when you open an email from us and whether you clicked on any links within the message. When you unsubscribe from email marketing, Mailchimp and we retain your email address to ensure we no longer send you unwanted mail. Mailchimp retains this information for us until we remove the information from their platform. We may download and save this information to our own computer to help analyse campaigns and track interactions. d) If you purchase through our website we will ask you to provide your personal details for us to fulfil your request. Payments made by credit card are processed via a third party such as Pay Pal or Stripe (details will be available at the time of purchase). We are not currently set up to accept online payments. When this changes you will be notified and this policy will be updated.
e) We may use external links on the website that direct you to other sites or documents shared on the internet. For example, Google.docs for sharing documents and vouchers with you.
